Our focus is a complete satisfaction of the customers. In the event, if you are displeased
with the goods provided , we will request you to initiate return of the same. Courier service
is a third party arrangements, therefore, coureir charges once deducted may not be
retured.

Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

Cancellation and Return Policy

In case of delay in supply of goods beyond 30 days the order may be cancelled. Customer
can cancel their orders and request for refund of the goods not received within 30 days.
The request for cancellation must be made within 7 days from the expiry of 30 days. The
delivery of our goods depend on location. In case of remote location delivery may take
time.

In case the order you need to cancel after receiving the goods, it is only accepted if the
ordered product is different from what is actually ordered, and/or product delivered having
date of expiry within next two months from date of receiving the goods.

Product recevied in damaged condition, won’t be cancelled and therefore returned back.
Goods damaged during transit is beyond our control.

Refund and replacement Policy

In case you dont get any products ordered after paying online, the said amount can be
refunded back in case you dont receive the good at all after expiry of 30 days from placing
the order. The refund shall be made within 15 days, subject to your claim on the same by
providing proof from courier tracking- report or written confirmation from the courier agency
that the product is not delivered.

However, if you have received products and cancelled subsequetnly as per cancellation
policy, the replacement will be inititated after the cancelled goods is reached to our
address. In that case no shipping charges be levied on replacement of the goods.
